Teruyo Izumi is a patient who suffered by the game illness she got from using Kamen Rider Chronicle Gashat. She appears fighting with Charlie Bugster as the Ride-Player, started the game in order to beat Bugsters and revive her son who got Game Over in Kamen Rider Chronicle. She, however, wasn't able to withstand Charlie's attacks and nearly lost to him, only to be saved by Emu Hojo. He and Nico Saiba fought Charlie in her place, beating him and thus terminating her game illness.

Publication Information Teruyo Izumi's son was about to enter middle school when he became a victim of Kamen Rider Chronicle, having joined the game as a Ride-Player before ultimately receiving a Game Over which reduced him to data. Having heard Ren Amagasaki's announcement that all eliminated players may be restored by beating the game, Teruyo herself became a Ride-Player in a bid to save him. Though beaten by the Bugsters, she was spared short of receiving a Game Over herself by the Kamen Riders, to whom she entrusted to beat the game. Owing to his young age and the lack of children being seen becoming Ride-Players, it is likely that his Game Over occurred off-screen.

Shuji Akiuchi
Publication Information Shuji Akiuchi is a patient who suffered by the game illness he got from using Kamen Rider Chronicle Gashat. He appears fighting with Salty Bugster as the Ride-Player. He was saved from Salty with the help of Emu Hojo and Hiiro Kagami, who tried to fight with Bugster instead of him, only to be interrupted by Kamen Rider Cronus. Later Shuji escaped CR to continue his fight with Salty, but was unintentionally cured by Masamune Dan due to deletion of Salty's data from Kamen Rider Chronicle.
