Skye fights a mob of Alisha's copies, but is outmatched until Lincoln and May arrive to help. Skye leaves to stop Jiaying while May and Lincoln continue to fight Alisha. They soon realize, however, that for every copy they defeat Alisha generates another one. Lincoln, then, shocks the original Alisha with a jolt of electricity and knocks her unconscious, thus also knocking all of her copies unconscious as well. Alisha asks for S.H.I.E.L.D.'s help with finding inhumans she knew from Afterlife. Alisha goes to the home of an inhuman couple and tells them that with the A.T.C.U. hunting for inhumans, those of them from Afterlife have to come together and protect each other. Lash, suddenly, breaks down the door and quickly kills the couple and Alisha's copy. Alisha was left in a traumatized state, afterwards, as she felt her copy die.

Lincoln visits Alisha to warn her about Hive's ability to control inhumans, but Hive had already infected Alisha and a fight ensues. Alisha is about to kill May thus Lincoln grabs another copy and threatens to kill her unless she tells him where Daisy is. Alisha says Hive won't let her tell him and then shoots the copy Lincoln was threatening and is about to shoot May next, but Coulson shoots her and kills her.
The original Alisha is shaken by her copy's death, but comments to Hive how she's happy to make the sacrifice for him. Hive uses the Kree machine James had to summons two Kree Reapers to Earth in order to capture one and drain its blood. Alisha fights with one of the Reapers, but its durability and super-strength were too much to handle and it easily kills Alisha's final copy. The Kree Reaper then fights the original Alisha and decapitates her. The number of copies she can create appears to be reduced whenever one is killed.
Abilities
- Splitting : She is able to replicate (and control) multiple iterations of herself. The original remains dominant, however, and if that one (with blank eyes) is neutralized the rest are rendered unconscious. Furthermore, the original Alisha feels everything her copies feel, thus if one of them is killed she'll go into a state of shock after experiencing the feeling of death.
