Shuuhei Aragaki is the vice captain of ZAT. In episode 33-34 his body is borrowed by Ultraman. He leaves in Episode 51 to a overseas base so another Vice Captain takes his place. Aragaki only transformed into Ultraman three times. The first time was when Zoffy brought the unconscious ZAT members to the Ultra Brothers. The brothers agreed to borrow their bodies so they can make sure Taro wont depend on them.
The sequence was were the human form of Ultraman, Shin Hayata, used the beta capsule to possess Aragaki. The second transformation is the same. The third one however was done quickly as the Ultra Brothers brefily possesed with volleyball player but were then found by Alien Temperor so they quickly swapped back to the ZAT members.
