Lyta-Zod

Lyta Zod is the grandmother of General Zod. Born to the noble House of Zod, Lyta is the daughter of Jayna Zod. Raised not to show mercy of any kind, Lyta is strong and fierce on the surface, but is reluctant on the inside. Caught up in a passionate love affair with the Rankless, Seg-El, Lyta finds Seg is the only person she can really talk to, despite knowing as well as he does, that their relationship won't last.

Torn between proving herself worthy of the Zod name and her innate desire to help and heal the people of Krypton, Lyta-Zod is fierce and compassionate. Lyta's journey of self-discovery means forging her own destiny in the face of what society dictates. Loyalty means everything to Lyta and yet, she is torn between her duty to the House of Zod and wanting to heal the people of Krypton. Seen as compassionate and fierce, Lyta finds herself entering a journey of self-discovery. When it comes to Seg, Lyta loves him passionately and feels comfortable talking to him about anything, especially when it comes to her troubled relationship with her mother.
