Once ending up in the Promised Land, the anthropomorphized practice dummy sought to become human by merging into the legendary Maryu. However, he was attacked by Judam and ends up losing his name while being crucified in the graveyard surrounding the Shrine of Wisdom. By the time he was found by Kouga Saezima, he became scarecrow-like in appearance as the Makai Knight indirectly gave him a brand new name: Kakashi. Regenerating upon receiving his new name, Kakashi returns to his house to make preparations to reclaim the scale of the Maryu from Judam to fulfill his desire.
