Brian Nudocerdo

Brian Nudocerdo is the commissioner of the Star City Police Department. He was the superior officer of both Quentin Lance and the late Lucas Hilton. On Christmas Eve 2012, Brian was invited to the Queen Mansion for dinner. He discussed his disapproval of the Hood's actions, though noted that he had helped reduce crime in Starling City.

He was suddenly alerted to the murder of Adam Hunt, rushing off to the crime scene, followed by Quentin Lance. Noticing the difference in the arrow, Quentin concluded that it couldn't have been the Hood. Following a second murder, Nelson Ravich, Brian requested Quentin put in his report that it was the work of the Hood. However, he refused, causing the commissioner to demote Quentin from police sergeant to police detective. When Brian attempted to publicly blame the murders on the Hood, this attempt failed miserably, when it was revealed that it was a different archer the commissioner was publicly humiliated, it is unknown what happened to him after this incident; Brian was likely suspended or demoted from his position, if not fired from his department by the police board, for illegally trying to blame the crimes of another on the Hood.
