Arsène Lupin is a world famous master thief who assembled the Lupin Collection which the Lupinrangers are trying to resteal and the Patrangers are trying to retrieve. He is survived by the Lupin Estate. A famous phantom thief from France, he is said to gathered some mysterious treasures that was later called the Lupin Collection. However, the collection has fallen into the hands of the Interdimensional Crime Group Gangler, a crime syndicate from another dimension. Kogure, the butler of the current descendant of the Lupin legacy, has said he had not dared to looked at his master's face after knowing this.
