Mysterious Prophet Woz appears before Sougo muttering predictions of the future. Nothing is much known about Woz's origin or motives in aiding Sougo, but he's shown to supportive towards him decisions and referred to the young man as King. Woz was first shown congratulating Sougo about the day he'll become the king. He also warns Sougo to beware of Geiz's Time Mazine before disappearing.
He later shown again trying to convince Sougo to accept his fate as a Demon King. Woz shown to be surprised as Sougo declares that he'll become the best and the kindest Demon King instead of the worst and evil one. But nevertheless, Woz offers Sougo the Ziku Driver and after Sougo transforms into Zi-O, he announces to Tsukuyomi, that Kamen Rider Zi-O, the new king has arrived.
