Isami Minato is a 19 year old university student studying space archaeology in honor of his long lost mother. He holds a huge respect to Katsumi for giving up his passion for sports to support their family. A free-spirited youth, Isami prefers to conduct interesting research instead of helping out at the store. Because of his clumsy attitude, he is incapable of expressing his gratitude to others. Isami transforms into Ultraman Blu, who excels in medium and close range combat.
Ultraman R/B
Isami is a university student who studies space archaeology to honor his long lost mother. Isami prefers to conduct his interesting research instead of helping out at the fashion store that his family owns. Being accompanied by Katsumi to Ayaka City for his scientific investigation, the brothers encountered Grugeo Bone. While fleeing for their lifes, they received the R/B Gyro and R/B Crystals. Isami and Katsumi then transforms into Ultraman Blu and Rosso respectively, fighting for the first time as an Ultra.
