Patty Spivot

Patty Spivot is a former police detective of the Central City Police Department, formerly an officer, and a former member of the Anti-Meta-human Task Force. She is also the ex-girlfriend of Barry Allen. Early in Patty's life, she hit her head and fell into a swimming pool. Fortunately, her father got to her in time and stopped her from dying, although she was technically dead for 2 minutes.

Patty graduated from Hudson University with a triple major in biology, chemistry and physics. Years later, after Mark Mardon shot Patty's father in the face in cold blood for a few hundred dollars, she sought just revenge on the Mardon brothers. Patty blamed herself for his death as she ditched him to hang out with her friends instead of being the one to take the deposits that day. Patty became a police officer after he died and joined the meta-human task force at the Central City Police Department to get justice for her father and revenge against Mardon. Patty is kind, caring, selfless, highly intelligent, compassionate, and very passionate about her work as a police detective, and is very stubborn to the point of not taking no for an answer. She is also brave, even when facing meta-humans, despite knowing the fact that they have superpowers.

Working as part of the anti-meta-human task force

Discovering that Detective Joe West has an anti-meta-human task force, Captain Singh suggested she inquire about a position on it. However, Joe refused her a position. Patty later showed up at the site of an arson at the waterfront, where she introduced herself to Barry Allen, as well as gave him evidence she'd found. Despite her help, Joe still refused her being on the task force. She again tried to help him by stopping Eddie Slick, who he'd been chasing after. They took him to the precinct, where Patty and Barry talked, the latter promising to put in a good word for the former.

Despite the fact that she has only been a member of Central City Police Department, for 7 months, Patty has proven herself to be an excellent detective.

He has seen the Crime Lab division decline over the years from the best the Mid West had to offer, to a department mired in wrongful convictions and budget cuts. Frye became the legal guardian to Barry Allen after his mother was killed and his father was put in prison. There is a possibility that Frye had a relationship with Barry's mother.

Patty Spivot is a scientist in the Criminal and Forensic Science Division in the Central City Police Department. Patty Spivot helped Barry Allen on information about Zoom. She was the CSI tech who worked on most of the information the CCPD had on Killer Frost, which Barry later went through.
