Linda Park is a sports journalist for Central City Picture News, and former news reporter for KSFZ Channel 8. She is also the ex-girlfriend/friend of Barry Allen.
As part of a failed plan to capture "Zoom", Linda also briefly masqueraded as Dr. Light, her Earth Two counterpart. Linda is shown to be outgoing. She is also very fast in relationships and dating as she was already making out with Barry on their second date when Barry had made plans for them to go out. Linda is also shown to be very emotionally mature and understanding, accepting that Barry's romantic feelings are still towards Iris and ultimately she had a very civil and friendly break-up with him. She is also now good friends with Iris and has been shown to highly respect her as a writer. She is also shown to be very brave as she agreed to The Flash's plan for her to masquerade as her Earth Two counterpart to lure out Zoom, despite the risk.

Working for KSFZ Channel 8
Linda was reporting live from S.T.A.R. Labs right before they were going to turn their particle accelerator on. As they turned it on and it became unstable, she continued to report.
Dating Barry Allen
After Barry Allen and an intoxicated Caitlin Snow performed a duet at a bar, Linda Park complimented Barry's singing. She then gave Barry her number and told him he could do what he wished with her number. Later on, she was picked up by Barry Allen at the Central City Picture News headquarters for a lunch date. Afterwards, they went on another date for spicy tacos, which Barry has little tolerance for. On their third date, Linda cancelled Barry's plans to go out in favor of simply making out with him in his living room; both of them ended up shirtless, though Linda kept her bra on.
Meeting her Earth-2 counterpart
After Iris made the front page Linda came to congratulate her. Later she rejects Eric Larkin's request to interview a football player who abuses steroids and hit his wife. During one of her shifts at night, a super villain named Dr. Light attacks her workplace and everyone escapes except for her, Iris, and Eric. The villain tells Linda of her plan to kill her and take over her life. Eric tries to stop her but Dr. Light accidentally kills him in the process. Iris shoots off Dr. Light's mask revealing herself to look exactly like Linda, who escapes shortly after.
Zoom, onto their plan, failed to show up and later captured Linda at Central City Picture News and took her to the roof of S.T.A.R. Labs, where he tossed her off but she was saved when Barry rotated his arms to create wind tunnels and slow her fall and she was told to run. To protect her from Zoom and Dr. Light, Linda relocated to Coast City with a friend for the time being. It's apparent she move there for good even though the threat of Zoom being after her is gone as nobody mentioned her being being back in the city although it's unknown if post Flashpoint reality played a part in this.

Little is known of Linda's early life other than she was a small time thief. When Harrison Wells' particle accelerator exploded underground sometime around December 2013, Linda was one of the many exposed to the dark matter, which made her a meta-human with the ability to derive power from starlight. Using these powers to further her own thievery, she began using the name "Dr. Light". She also had at least one encounter with "Jay Garrick/The Flash", but she had never killed anyone.
Flash talked to Linda in the pipeline, who told him that she didn't want to kill anyone under Zoom's orders and was only trying to kill her Earth One counterpart to fool Zoom into thinking she was dead. Flash seemed to have convinced Linda to help out Team Flash. However, when Cisco came by to deliver some food to her, she used her ability to turned herself invisible and managed to trick him into thinking she had escaped, prompting him to open her cell door.

Meta-human physiology : After Linda was struck by the energy of the Particle Accelerator explosion on Earth Two, this altered her DNA and supercharged her cells, augmenting her physiology into beyond peak human condition.
- Photokinesis : Linda has the power to shoot out high energized blasts of light, as hot as a star, and as luminous. These blasts of light are able to blind someone temporarily, and possibly permanently, as well as cut through metal.
- Hacking : Due to her powers, Linda can tap into any computer system with fiber-optic cables. This power seems fairly advanced since she can override the security systems at S.T.A.R. Labs, which is no small feat.
- Invisibility : Linda has the ability of turning herself invisible, probably by bending the visible light around herself and leaving her own body unseen. However, she can't turn any of her clothes invisible, forcing her to remove them to utilize this power effectively.
- Expert thief : Linda is a small time thief, even before she became a meta-human.
- Dr. Light suit : Linda wore a suit as her alter ego, Dr. Light.
