Publication Information Mikey was an Imagination-empowered toy from Mio's childhood, reminiscent of a shumai. When Mio, now a ToQger, was tapped by Hammer Shadow's hammer, a man-sized version of Mikey manifested as something precious to Mio, he would then be destroyed by Hammer Shadow in order to draw darkness from Mio's heart, as was the Shadow Monster's modus operandi. Mikey had a habit of doing the opposite of what people told him, making him notoriously disobedient.

The other ToQgers aided Mio in protecting Mikey from Hammer Shadow. However, when Mio as ToQ 3gou stood before Hammer Shadow in order to protect Mikey, he did the opposite and stood in front of Mio to protect her from Hammer Shadow's finishing blow, leading to him fading away. However, Mio did not have any darkness inside her, only light to dispel the Shadows. Using the full power of her Imagination, she was able to beat back Hammer Shadow.

Later, aboard the Rainbow Line, Mio was confident that Mikey would be waiting for her back in their old town once the ToQgers found it. When Mio, in her true child form as a ToQger, was battling the combined forces of the Shadow Line and the Deboss Army, she used her imagination to summon Mikey. Told by Mio not to go on a rampage, Mikey proceeded to do the opposite and attacked the Kuros and Zorima.

Publication Information unnamed Rainbow Line Worker briefly appears in the movie Ressha Sentai ToQger Returns: Super ToQ 7gou of Dreams, where it is revealed he has taken over Akira Nijino's job on the Rainbow Line. When the Young ToQgers come to visit Akira, they approach the man, who was wearing similar clothing that Akira usually wears, only to be told by him that Akira has left, and isn't coming back. When the Young ToQgers question him, the worker stares at them for a moment before being interrupted by Tank Top Shadow, who was disguised as the tank top the worker was wearing, who claims Akira returned to the Shadow Line. The man faints as Tank Top Shadow flies off of him. He is last seen at the end of the movie, having recovered from passing out, and doing his job.

Publication Information Pasco is a puppet controlled by Lady who appears in Ressha Sentai ToQger: The Movie - Galaxy Line SOS.

Publication Information Rainbow Line President is the president of the Rainbow Line. He is a mystery rabbit-head-hat wearing man that has incredible imagination powers and is the Conductor, Ticket, and Wagon's superior. His true face, as well as the nature of Ticket, are open for the viewer's imagination.

The President’s imagination is so strong that he created the ToQgers. Our heroes were never adults, they are still children and the President just imagined them as adults so they can fight as ToQgers. They didn’t lose their teenage memories, they never were teenagers in the first place. However, the shock of their growth did indeed cause them to lose their childhood memories.
