Satoru Tojo

Satoru Tojo is a disturbed man with a twisted moral background; a social outcast determined to do whatever it takes to be accepted. However, Tojo also seemed to have a great amount of respect for his teacher, Hideyuki Kagawa, adopting his theories on the concept of heroism, although Tojo develops a hero syndrome due to his bloodthirsty nature.

Due to Tojo's history of mental instability, he came to believe that he needed to kill those he loved or cared about to become a hero, as his grief would make him fight harder. Becoming Kamen Rider Tiger, Tojo aided Kagawa on the goal to close the Mirror World. However, killing Kagawa because of his ideologies, Tojo joined the Rider War to prove himself as a true hero and to prove that his twisted version of Kagawa's ideals are correct. However, these actions result in a downward spiral of contradictions for Tojo as he tries to win by any means.

From betraying Sano to an attempt to trap the other Riders in the Mirror World by destroying their only way out. But as he runs off from committing the latter, Tojo saw a father and son, briefly reminding him of Kagawa and his own child. However, a truck was about to crash into the two, and Tojo sacrificed himself to save them at the cost of his own life. Ironically, the following day, a newspaper featured an article on Tojo's good deed and labeled a hero.

Kamen Rider Ryuki : 13 Riders

In the 13 Riders special (alternate retelling), Satoru was seen only as Tiger in the last battle with Imperer as tag-team partners. In one ending he was one of the remaining Riders who set their Final Vents on Shinji, as Kamen Rider Knight Survive.

Kamen Rider Decade : Transcendence

Tiger appeared with Kamen Rider Delta as shadows in a dimensional distortion caused by Narutaki to take KickHopper and PunchHopper out of the World of Kuuga. Judging from KickHopper's comment "Another hell awaits.", it can be assumed that the two Riders were waiting to fight them.

OOO, Den-O, All Riders : Let's Go Kamen Riders

Kamen Rider Tiger was part of a group of reinforcement riders led by Akira Date/Kamen Rider Birth to aid the primary riders in defeating the Rock Great Leader. All the Kamen Riders got on their bikes and performed the All Rider Break attack which destroyed the Great Leader.

Kamen Rider Brave ~Let's Survive! Revival of the Beast Rider Squad!~

An unidentified Kamen Rider Tiger user appeared alongside a returning Asakura as Ouja along with unidentified Sasword, Dark Kiva, and Beast users under the command of King Dark. He attacked Mizuki Mizoguchi, one of Hiiro Kagami's nurses, in a hospital shower with his Strike Vent claws, chasing her and Emu Hojo outside where the other evil beast Riders joined him, but Asakura made them leave. He returned with the group to fight Brave Quest Gamer Level 2, fighting with his Strike Vent, but was defeated and destroyed along with Dark Kiva by slashes from Brave's Gashacon Sword in Fire Mode.

Like other Ryuki Riders, Tiger transforms using his Advent Deck, providing him with Advent Cards to summon weapons and attacks. Similar to Kamen Rider Scissors and Kamen Rider Gai, Tiger relies on brute force to win his battles, using his Dest Visor battle axe to make use of his cards. As an alternate weapon, his Strike Vent equips him with his Dest Claw; arm-claws which he can use to hack and slash away at an enemy.
He also relies on his Contract Monster Destwilder to assist him in battle. Additionally he has the Freeze Vent card, which allows him to immobilize an opponent's monster in battle. Tiger's Final Vent is called Crystal Break where Destwilder attacks by dragging the enemy across the ground towards Tiger, who stabs them with his Dest Claw and raises them into the air.
