Daisuke Minamikawa : is the chief of UNVER Japanese Branch, he first appeared when seeing Alien Gold tE-rU accidentally destroyed the city with Rudian. During Gargorgon's arrival, he held no mercy for the fugitive and wanted him to be surrendered to the destroyer but stopped by Captain Kamiki. Eventually, after witnessing tE-rU's contribution when he participated in their plan to attack Gargorgon, Daisuke regains faith in Xio members and commended Kamiki for having a good team to manage. Daisuke Minamikawa was portrayed by Kouichi Miura.
