Takeshi Kuroki is the 41-year-old supervisor of the Go-Busters. Thirteen years ago, he was one of Yousuke Sakurada's subordinates. He then was left in charge the three children that escaped the transport to Hyper Space - Hiromu Sakurada, Ryuji Iwasaki, and Yoko Usami. Now he commands the Go-Busters, the Energy Management Center's Special Missions Unit.

He and his superiors operate under the belief that there were no survivors in the incident 13 years ago. His prime directive, which drives all his mission commands, is to shut Messiah down permanently.

Thus to do this, he protects the Enetron reserves to prevent Messiah from amassing power, and makes tactical decisions that place the safety of the Go-Busters and Buddy Roids only second to finding weak points and discovering ways of beating Messiah and Enter. Takeshi Kuroki is Black Puma of the Dobutsu Sentai Go-Busters. He is an active Go-Buster, unlike his alternate, the Takeshi Kuroki who serves solely as the commandant of the Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters.

This alternate version of Takeshi Kuroki was created by God when Cheeda Nick received a wish as a prize for being the 1000000th death this year, after he was killed by Azazel.
