History
Hajime Nakamura was originally one of the staff under Professor Ejima at Lab 401, but he was sick the day Kanzaki and Ejima began the experiments. Upon learning what occurred, Nakamura never forgave Kanzaki and his sister, for the events that occurred. Hajime Nakamura studiously avoided any questions about the lab, Kanzaki and what happened there, when encountered by Yui when she came to Seminin University to learn more her brother's actions and later Reiko and Shinji, though Kagawa had given him some superficial explanation. Nakamura eventually joined Professor Kagawa to stop the Rider War as Alternative. However, Nakamura's reasons were for vengeance and thus was killed by Satoru because of those reasons.
Kamen Rider Wizard
Alternative wasn't Amadum's monster (only used as Dark Rider) in the world within the Magic Stone. With the Batta Yummy and Arch Orphnoch, they attacked and defeated Beast when he intruded in Amadum's lair as he planned to harness the Kamen Riders power, forcing Beast to his proper place in space and time. The three monsters later appeared to capture the young Haruto and Koyomi, fighting off Haruto, Rinko, and Shunpei, when they tried to stop them. They brought the children to Amadum as Tsukasa Kadoya gave him the thirteenth and last Rider Ring (Fourze). The Kamen Riders refused to fight Haruto, saying they fought for human freedom and not just justice, engaging Amadum's monsters. Alternatives, Batta Yummy and Arch Orphnoch, along with several other monsters, were destroyed by Wizard and Decade. Neverending Story

Advent Card
Because they were designed by Kagawa and not Shiro Kanzaki, the Alternatives' Advent Cards differ from the ones used by the Kamen Riders. The terminals and images are printed crosswise, having the inscription Alternative Advent Card Alchemy System at the back. Also, there are green characters on the cards, which may give information to the Visor on what kind of card is swiped.

- Final Vent (AP : 8000) : Executes Dead End. While riding Psycoroader, the wielder spins out faster and faster until the bike is rammed into the opponent. Only Alternative Zero performed his Final Vent - the regular Alternative died before he could perform it.
